Job Description
Responsible :

Answering an Incoming Calls and Respond to Email
Handle Customer Inquiries by Email and Social Media
Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
Documenting All Call Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
Complete All Call Logs
Updating customers profile into computer
Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
Qualification :

Minimum D3 any Major
Maximum 30 year old
Experience Minimum 1 year in Call Center (Inbound, Outbound & Handle Media Social / Fresh Graduate are Welcome
Able to speak in English (Passive)
Communicative
Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend & Public Holiday
